Local development is a broad, comprehensive and integrated approach that takes into account both people and the environment and the resources available in the town, the basic administrative unit of Nicaragua policy. ADM works for the municipality. A human town in which the capacities of men and women of all age groups and allow them to propose and implement a model of dignified life. A municipality that portion of the individual, the family integrates and nurtures the community to transcend the nation and contribute to the welfare of the global village.
In its effort to contribute to local development in which the people exercise their citizenship through their duties and exercising their rights, ADM must consider the opportunities and challenges presented by its scope and its model of internal . | |
| Throughout its fifteen years, ADM has worked with approximately four hundred (400) industry groups (rural and urban) Boaco department. This has been possible largely thanks to the contribution of men and women trained to implement and to validate their knowledge, increase, promote and share what they learned with their families, communities and the department to outside making a real advocacy. | |
| The institution is an entity formed by a set of parts, working in an orderly manner and pursue goals that justify the reason for existence. In addition to this, WMD is defined as a human organization that relies on good relations and harmony of its staff to achieve success in each of the actions undertaken and that this is kept in constant transformation. | |
| The Municipal Development Partnership, viewed as a constant challenge institutional strengthening through the development of its staff to achieve: | |
- Operational efficiency, which is achieved when all staff know what to do and what is their role.
- Address objective, by knowing where they go and what you get with it.
- Fairness in administration, with which everyone is treated according to their role and the dignity and respect due all persons without distinction of any kind /
- Resource optimization, which leads to the minimization of any waste.
| ADM is undergoing a significant process of change to establish itself as an autonomous and financially sustainable. Must define and implement mechanisms consistent with their legal and strategic approaches to give continuity to the processes of empowerment, which by their nature require many years to show concrete results and impact, sustainable, and this, with the aim of reducing the impact that changes will generate financing policies of the various donors who have accompanied them in fifteen years. |
The context is displayed in the short and medium term, ADM faces the dual challenge of transforming their organization and at the same time promote and facilitate processes of empowerment and change in men and women from various sectors to which it relates. |
