CIDIC The program is one of the Partnership for Municipal Development (ADM) that puts exclusive emphasis on the demand for public information for citizens, community organizations, social associations and municipalities in the department of Boaco, as a basic resource to strengthen their capacity to formulate proposals in the public spaces of decision, municipal and departmental consultation.
